Oops! The native client just crashed!

I installed the webex extension in firefox 57 and when I click on the icon I get the message: Oops! The native client just crashed! During the installation I didn't get a demand to install the native client. I suppose that it is nodejs that I already installed for an other extension. I have no access to the options page because the error message is displayed over it. What is wrong with the extension or what I made that produced the error ?

Can you please reinstall the native client and retry? https://github.com/andy-portmen/native-client/releases

I reinstalled the client (from version 0.6.3 to 0.6.5) but nothing changed. I get the same error.

I'm getting this error. What I see in the Media Converter is the ffmpeg path keeps getting forced to C:\Program Files\ffmpeg\bin\ffmpeg.exeC:\Users\Randy\ffmpeg.exe. I've tried manually setting this and the download path, but those values get set back any time I try to run a conversion. There's no "save" option on the form. When I reload the from or drag a file for conversion, it reverts.
