Popup opens at bad position or not at all

I'm using Linux with Gnome 40 and I have multiple monitors. I placed the extension icon to the left of my bookmarks toolbar. Panel size is set to 750x600

Problem:

• If I maximize Firefox on the right monitor, the popup opens on the left monitor.
• If I move the unmaximized window to the right half of a window and there is enough space for the popup to show on the left side, it shows up there. If there is not enough space (~50-99%) it then shows to the right. If the space on the left is 0 to about 49%, it doesn't show at all.

Proposal: Add a setting to open the popup auto / left / right (this will not fix it but is a good and hopefully easy workaround)
