Notifications doesn't appear anymore

When i installed the add-on notifications appeared in the left-bottom corner of the screen. They don't appear anymore, just the sound.

How i make notifications appear again? i tried reinstalling, and restoring option to default, but nothing happens, still then otifications doesn't appear
