All right-click menu options on toolbar icon are missing

Hello. Using Gmail Notifier 0.9.3 with Firefox ESR 52.8.0 x64, although I've been having this problem with previous releases of Gmail Notifier and FF. Right-clicking the Gmail Notifier toolbar icon doesn't display any of the Gmail Notifier menu options (i.e. Logged-in accounts, Settings, etc.), it only displays the following defaults: "Move to menu", "Remove from Toolbar", "Menu Bar", Bookmarks Toolbar", "Customize".

I've tried disabling all other Extensions within the same FF profile as well as installing Gmail Notifier on a clean FF profile and neither of those resolved the problem.

I have the same issue in Vivaldi.
