Chrome Beta native notifications: Gmail Notifier notifications stick on the screen

Chrome Beta finally supports native notifications. So you can receive Chrome notifications on the Win10 Action Center. And it works! The only problem is that Gmail Notifier notifications won't disappear. They just sit on the screen till you intervent manually.

Any ideas how to fix the issue?
