Toolbar icon for Bookmarks Manager changes to standard add-on icon in version 0.2.6

I'm on Firefox 54.0.1.

The toolbar icon for Bookmarks Manager Viewer looks like this for version 0.1.4: bookmark_manager_014

After updating to version 0.2.6, the "custom" icon is lost, and it shows the standard green "puzzle piece" Firefox add-on icon instead, as below: bookmark_manager_026

Bookmarks Manager Viewer works OK from the button; it's only the icon that's affected.
