Add a change and multiple "TITLE" or "FOLDER" for each bookmark

I want to add a bookmark to multiple folders when adding to the manager and modify, add, delete the bookmark folder easily from whatever folder the bookmark is in. Maybe under where you modify the address add a new line for "Folder" that shows the title of the all the folders it is in and you could add or delete a new folder, then it would get stored into all the folders listed.
