Improve the Sample Project

The current sample project only exposes the usage of read multiple entities functionality.

We should aim for a more complete example, where entities could be created, updated, deleted, and ideally, where we can show both scenarios: single entity repositories vs. multiple entities repositories.

We currently have a new Sample Project that integrates with Github APIs. We should just work on that one to make it better.
