Most companies are strict these days about allowing only certain licenses to be used on projects (essentially, anything GNU is forbidden), and this includes dependencies. If there is a license for cl-css, it will be helpful to put in a license file. I would encourage you to consider MIT or BSD, which are acceptable nearly everywhere. This promotes wider adoption of the library.

The asd file has a MIT header as well as directly specifying the license. I believe this covers your requirements.
