Tabs.min.js scroll to top of the form for next page

When going to the next multistep-formpage by using the arrows below the form, the form stays at the low position, where the arrows are and you need to scroll to the beginning of the form by hand. This Tabs.min.js brings you back to the top of the tabs by animated scroll.

"Unfortunately" EXT:powermail is now working without jQuery since version 10 . So there is no need for a modified tabs.js using jQuery. If you need it for version 7 or 8, we can merge it as a paid service.
