Introduce TYPO3 V10 FluidMail API

Goal is to use the TYPO3 V10 Fluid Mail API and Templating.

Unfortunately the first issue and ticket was closed / deleted.

Based on the PR we will proceed.

  • refactoring / rewrite of the templating is necessary.

  • look out for breaking changes

Idea taken from #356 : There should be the possibility for the editors to select the template, which should be used for sending emails.
