Cache User->list action

Is there a reason why the User->list action is not cached? If no, is it possible to cache this action?

Most probably, that caching is not tested atm.

Same here, list and show action would be good if cached. list action is super slow in case of a few hundred users. Please change. I made the change myself and had no problems with it so far.
