Frequency of connection tests

According to the settings in the config.toml file, I feel like the results of the connection tests that are reported at imup.io should be much more frequent than hourly up/down checks, and packet loss/latency every 5 minutes - Not sure if I'm configured wrong or if this is not configurable. Help?
