Bugfix write to left languages

in write to left languages like Farsi and Arabic the dialog view direction fixed.

To clarify the issue. In rtl languages like arabic. The phone numbers is ltr not rtl. So in rtl views they need to be under directionality widget with ltr text direction. I guess it will be better to be configurable . rtl, ltr or auto based on context
