fix: 修复备用接口获取天气时显示失败的问题

根据教书先生API文档更新了对返回参数对象的处理 因为API只返回了最高和最低温度，所以就直接换算取平均值（如果字符串不能够被正确解析，结果可能会是NaN🤔） （来个好心人合并审核一下呗😭） 305651870-092ee4eb-87cf-4bdc-81ce-82a2eafb21bc
