Add a logo

Would be great if someone with the needed skill help here.

My motivation is mostly for https://github.com/imsnif/bandwhich/issues/315 so it can look good in stores.

https://github.com/imsnif/bandwhich/issues/315 is closed now, so there is no big motivation anymore, if this is still desirable feel free to open of course.

I think there is still some motivation for a logo. Several reasons I can think of:

1. Embedded logo in Windows executable.
2. A desktop entry for Linux.
3. If we move this repo to an organisation in the future, we'll have something to use as the avatar.

Not too familiar with MacOS but I assume there's something equivalent.

Looks great. I made a small change:

I felt like up/down arrows are a bit more indicative to what the application is doing.

You're right @cyqsimon - this looks much better! I wanted to add the ?! as a homage to the tool's original name, which was what, or more accurately: what... is taking up my bandwidth?!

Hmmm. It would be nice if I can somehow incorporate this element into this design while still keeping the arrows, although I can't think of anything good for the moment... I'll leave it here for a while and see if any new ideas come to mind. Suggestions welcomed of course.
