c++17 support

I would really appreciate if you could tell me some way to use this library in c++17, from what I understand it only supports c++20

RPC 115 doesn't work

Basically RPC id 115 (GiveTakeDamage) doesn't work either if you send or receive damage while all the others I have tested work correctly.
