@TedCat According to this doc internal load balancer is only supported for Premium tier. https://cloud.google.com/load-balancing/docs/choosing-load-balancer#summary-gclb
@ps-occrp can u also add a notification channel and pass it to the module in this [example](https://github.com/terraform-google-modules/terraform-google-sql-db/blob/master/examples/postgresql-backup-provided-service-account/main.tf) so it will become part of the test.
