add support for downloading vk music videos

bug description

vk offers not just videos uploaded users, but as well as by music labels or distributors. they don't have description and use artist's profile as an "uploader". when trying to download music videos in cobalt, it shows the error "vk is supported, but something is wrong with your link. maybe you didn't copy it fully?"

reproduction steps

steps to reproduce the described behavior.

  1. go to vk.com/music
  2. find any music video and copy the link
  3. download the music video from vk
  4. see error

vk music won't be supported as it's a paid service. this video also can't be accessed without logging in:

videos are available for free and without subscription, plus can be found from vk.com/video search
