Empty file when extracting audio from Instagram videos with "best" format

I am trying to download the audio of the following Instagram Reel: https://www.instagram.com/kendricklamar/reel/C6gdClArPXc/

I am trying to download with no compression/quality loss, and am therefore using the “best” setting

When doing so, I hit “download” and the file does not work

how can I download audio from Instagram reel with no quality loss?

I'm seeing the same issue when trying to extract mp3 audio (or any audio-only) from YouTube

@wukko was trying to reproduce it this morning, but it seems like it's working now. Just wild guessing but I know YT is having a war with ad blockers etc. Maybe that had something to do with it?
