Can't download region locked songs from SoundCloud

bug description The soundcloud link below does not work with cobalt.

reproduction steps steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. try to download this link: https://soundcloud.com/flameemojimusic/gucci-mane-waka-flocka-flame-1
2. see error

Doesn't seem to work on the main instance, but works on others atm.

pretty sure this is dependent on ip location, the main instance just can't access this content. but it would probably make sense to adjust the error to be a bit more informative
