pwa broken after downloading update with bad connectivity

bug description

the save page on my cobalt pwa does not display anything at all. this seems to be brought on by downloading an updated bundle through spotty data? this is persistent, my app has been stuck like this for a few days now. i apologize, im not exactly certain how this bug came about and its probably not an issue with cobalt itself.

reproduction steps

open pwa during spotty data and it seemed that a portion of the updated js bundle failed to download, and is never retried.

can you try to restart your phone? it might help reload safari entirely. also, do you have any extensions that could affect cobalt?
