Add subtitles either as srt file or automatic include

Hello,

I'm a complete deaf user and I was wondering if it would be possible to automaticly include subtitles or similar in some youtube videos where possible. It is not necessary but it would be nice. I'm aware of certain limitations involved in getting subtitles.

This is the most realistic feature we will need. I'm not english speaker so I've get difficulty when someone have thick accent.

The sub & close captions really help to keep on track with longer video like documentary & video essay

I have been waiting ages for this update so I don't need to go to downsub because it has fake virus alert pop ups.
