describe the feature you'd like to see

implementing support to download user created clips off youtube created using the youtube's own ass implemented forgotten even clips feature

Support for user-created Clips such as https://youtube.com/clip/Ugkx5GpF0frYpF8fTEnESpMwFfQO6ivbrbII

as of now, cobalt does not support clips, ytdlp has its own implementation which fetches the start and end time of a clip so utilizing that might help
