Upgrade from HTML5 to HTML9

I think there should be a shimshiv.js thing that allows my HTML5 project to be compatible with this thing.

I had the same issue. Find html5.exe and rename it to html9.exe. This will also upgrade all related packages and interfaces. If you would like to see into the future, you can change the name to html47.exe.
