I tried to run it on Ethereum. It uploads fine but doesn't seem to work. I need it to be decentralized on the cloud.

have you tried to clouderize your docker and turning it on and off again at 15 fps?

otherwise I'd strongly recommend to change to Bytecoin. It has 8 times the value of Bitcoin so you get rich 8x as fast when mining.

You can't run this on servers that are powered by 100% renewable energy. Clean coal power is recommended.

This is actually a serious flaw. Everybody whose anybodies uncle's dog monkey knows that all the hip tech is happening on the blockchain.
