I have tested this framework and found it working on IE 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11 and 12.

I am not sure what to make of this. Was it by design? Are there any plans to remedy it?

Fact. I tested it in IE 13, 14, and their upcoming pre-alpha beta gamma theta release, IE ƎI.

It worked in IE -1 as well. Pretty impressive.

Yes, it currently works in IE; this is a major issue.
