Include part time daily routine section

We need to incorporate the feedback from brainstorming with Allie and Sam on how to make sure part time technicians feel value from the daily routine section.

Acceptance Criteria

• [ ] New section added to the above document for part time technicians.
• [ ] Existing section is made explicitly for full timers
• [ ] All other sections in the daily routine tree are reviewed to make sure that they do not need changing in light of part timers.
