Updated dependencies

The project was using some outdated dependencies, I create a draft pull request (#22) that updates every dependency expect cssparser. There are no breaking changes but the cssparser update is blocked by servo/servo#28368 first,

servo/servo#28368 got closed and a new version of the selectors' crate has been released. This new version brings a ton of breaking changes. I created another draft pull request (#24) to track the progress of the update to the new version. After this is resolved I believe a version bump of nipper is due.
