fatal error: torch/extension.h: No such file or directory

I use pytorch 1.0.0, when I do ./compile.sh, I meet this problem.

I had a pytorch0.4 virtual environment. I create a new one with pytorch1.0. But it stills work with pytorch0.4. This causes the mistake I mentioned. But I don't know the reason.
