[Glyphs Migration] Lowercase diacritics

he Lowercase diacritics where lowered too much and made smaller, they look bad because Bodoni has tall ascenders. 05-small-accents-and-lowered-i I suggest to restore the original form and position. (Also, the /i x-heigth seems to be off by a few units)
