[Glyphs Migration] Uppercase diacritics have mixed alignments:

Some diacritics where moved up a little bit. That’s Ok, it looks good. But the problem is that the change was not applied consistently to all diacritics. While some where raised, others remained low, and now we have an inconsistent mix of alignments.
