Libre Baskerville 1.051 ready for Google Fonts

Hi, I'm commissioned to onboard the update to Google Fonts.

Several minor changes were necessary to conform with GF specs. Please refer to the commit history for details. I hope I caught everything. A reviewer might find additional issues though, and in that case I will have to make another PR.

Please review and merge if you're okay with the changes, so that we can pull the final fonts directly from the repo.
