Don't substitute fonts on 'Latin' tab

On the Latin1 > Latin tab (and possibly others), it can be hard to notice when glyphs are missing in my font because the app (CSS I assume) is substituting missing glyphs with those from a similar font. A better approach would be to have .notdef appear in those spots, which would tell me immediately which, and how many, glyphs I am still missing.
