interpret DNS-server with domain # as default DNS-server

Please commit this patch into the master-branch of the official dnsmasq repo. Usefull in case an organisation where the original default DNS is local and not accessible from outside and a full tunnel is created via ipsec. In this case it is necessary to declare a new default DNS.
