Hi and thanks @imneme for this project. I believe it is widely used (we use it in Apache Arrow). It also seems to be largely unmaintained currently.

Is it possible to get an official statement from you regarding the maintenance status of this project? This would perhaps make other people more confident in forking or joining around an existing fork.

This repository has been inactive for the last three years. I strongly recommend moving to https://github.com/Total-Random/pcg-cpp instead, since it is actively maintained and up to date.
