❓ Questions and Help

We have a set of listed tutorials available on the website. Hi, anyone has experience with running human B cells from hash tagged samples ( 3 libraries GEX+VDJ+CSP) on the Novaseq X ( instead of 6000) and successfully then use the 10X pipeline to demultiplex? 10X says right now the Novaseq X is not supported but could be in theory possible to use it. Thanks!
