repLoad issue with TRUST4 output

Hello!! I'm currently trying to use immunarch, however everytime I try to load my repertoire, I get the same error:

== Step 1/3: loading repertoire files... ==

Error in if (file.info(path)$isdir) { : missing value where TRUE/FALSE needed

Does anyone know what is the best solution?

It looks like you are using an old version of Immunarch. Please update it to the latest version from CRAN with install.packages("immunarch").
