rarefaction analyses and sampling depth

hello thank you for all these great tools. would it be possible to generate rarefaction curve to assess sampling depth (e.g. by subsampling data without replacement at XXX sequence increments, and determining the number of clusters represented by these sequences as in Galson et al 2016)? can it be done with the repDiversity function? any suggestions?
