CLI returning different version than website

When I query the website for a certain Play Store app, it returns the current version, but when I repeat the same for CLI, I get an older one... now when I tried to reproduce, the website shown me the same outdated version (September 21 instead of January 22). This happens even after, earlier today, I had asked for a refresh on the website and retrieved it succesfully.

Would it be possible to either upload an APK thru CLI and/or have a hash option to query it and/or query for a specific version?
