Updating Featured Photo does not refresh People page

The bug

When navigating to the people page and updating a person's featured photo and returning to the people page the old featured photo is visible until the page is manually refreshed.

1) Go to the /people page
2) Click on a person
3) Update their featured photo
4) Click the back arrow on the top-left to return to the people page
