feat(web) add filter when viewing all people in search box

Addresses an issue when an install has many faces matched and you want to select specific faces. Before I had to scroll through all the faces looking for individuals I wanted to select. This can be tedious when there are many faces present. When clicking See all people on the enhanced search, a name filter appears.
