Android app re-uploads all assets and backup album selection screen breaks if background backup is in progress when starting the app
The bug
See repro steps. I can consistently reproduce both issues, so please let me know if I can give more information for this to be more useful. Also, a massive thanks for this project, it's an amazing upgrade for me.

Reproduction steps
- Have previous uploads
- Clear app data
- Login to server
- Select backup albums, and enable Foreground- and background backup
- App says that everything needs to be backed up again (Total = Remaining count), while icons on the pictures show a successful backup
- Close the app
- On re-opening the app, selected backup albums appear to be cleared, with the following error in the log:
cannot get backup info - background backup is in progress!
- Some minutes later, the screen appears to start working correctly, saying "Background backup is currently running", which is expected given above issue.
I came back to this after a night of letting the background upload run, and now it shows a much lower number for total assets, still equaling the remaining assets.
