Just for my understanding: where is this actually logged? Stdout on immich-server container?

Yes, along with the other logs. Docker's logging configuration could be used to send all the logs to a file if that's needed.

@alextran1502 This PR was forgotten because I accidentally left it on draft. IMO it's good to go if you're happy with it.
