Editing API key always shows "API Key" instead of current name

The bug

When editing an API Key in the settings page, the name of the API Key is always shown as the default "API Key" instead of the current name.

The name in the screenshot below should say "My new key".

Reproduction steps

1. Go to Account Settings > API Keys
2. Create an API Key with any non-default name
3. Click the pencil icon to edit the new key.
4. The current name in the edit dialog box will be the default name
