[BUG] Deleting downloaded photos results in blank thumbnail in the Android app

The bug

If I download a photo from the Immich app to my Android phone and then delete the photo locally from the Android phone, the photo thumbnail disappears from the Immich app.

This is how it looks on the Android app once the photo has been deleted locally:

Reproduction steps

1. Download a photo locally to the phone from the Immich app
2. Delete the photo using the phone's inbuilt gallery/photos app
3. The thumbnail of the photo disappears even though the photo is properly backed up to the Immich server
...

Additional information

Ideally Immich should display the thumbnails of photos which have been backed up on the server, even though their downloaded copies have been deleted locally from the Android phone.
