Adds swipe navigation on mobile

How Has This Been Tested?

Open the photo viewer on mobile and swipe left or right to navigate.

Any updates on swipe nav? This would be helpful for shared albums. Most of my friends will view the shared albums on their mobile browser, so swipe nav would really improve the usability. If there is anything i could help with other than coding - hit me up.
