[BUG] extracted video from Google moton photo is upside down

The bug

The photo was shot using Google Pixel Fold's rear camera selfie

I'm experimenting with various ffmpeg settings. And the ones I changed are:

  • CONSTANT RATE FACTOR -> 28
  • Video codec -> hevc
  • target resolution -> use original resolution

Playing in the android app shows upside down content.

The extracted video found in the library folder plays with correct direction.

Reproduction steps

1. Shot photo using Google Pixel Fold in the rear selfie mode (or use the attached file)
2. Upload the photo to immich
3. View the motion photo video
...

Additional information

I observed this on Android app, motion photo video playing doesn't work on Web (presumbly due to me change the codec to hevc and #3012)

Is this still an issue? If so, can you upload a test asset (zipped) that I can use to reproduce the issue?
