Inconsistent behavior of delete actions in search view

The bug

In the first tab (Photos) selecting one or multiple pictures and using action to delete them works as intended (removes from phone and server). In the search tab, if I say, filter by date, select a photo (hold on it) and run delete action (same icon and label as in main view), it is removed only from device, but not from server (empty cloud icon appears) on it. As a bonus, if I filter by recently added, the hold down action doesn't work at all, no buttons are displayed.

Reproduction steps

1. Filter for photos from today
2. Hold down your finger on some photo to select it
3. Use delete button
4. The photo is not deleted from the server
