[Docs]: Document building of the mobile apps

Describe the issue There currently seems to be no docs around the building of the flutter mobile app.

System

  • Development system: MacOS 13.2 M1

Additional context I'm currently unable to test my changes as I don't know how to get a emulator for iOS (other than via xcode).
